One account rule: Each individual may register and maintain only one account on the Milwin platform. If you are found to hold more than one account — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or payment methods — Milwin reserves the right to suspend or close all duplicate accounts. Balances held in duplicate accounts may be voided pending investigation.
Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Milwin will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access occurred because you disclosed your credentials or failed to keep them secure.

All financial transactions on the Milwin platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:
Deposits are typically reflected in your Milwin balance promptly after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are generally near-instant. Bank transfer and Raast processing times are subject to standard interbank handling periods.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, as a fraud prevention measure. Milwin may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the relevant point within your account.
You must only deposit funds from payment accounts or methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. If a deposit is made from a third-party source, Milwin reserves the right to return the funds and suspend the account pending investigation.
The Milwin Bet section covers 30+ sports including Cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, Tests), Football, Esports, Tennis, Basketball, Kabaddi and Virtual Sports. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:
Cricket betting on Milwin — including PSL fixtures, Pakistan international matches and other domestic tournaments — is subject to the same general rules. Where specific event rules differ from the general rules, the specific rules take precedence and are displayed within the relevant market.
The Milwin Casino, Live Casino and Game Lobby sections are subject to the general Terms and Conditions as well as the specific rules of each individual game. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game or accessible via the help section of that game.
For Live Casino games — including baccarat, roulette and blackjack streamed with real dealers — the dealer's decisions are final and are governed by the rules of the specific game variant being played. Technical issues on the player's device do not constitute grounds for bet cancellation where the game round completed successfully on the server.
Fish games and slots operate using certified random number generation (RNG). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are either displayed within the game or available on request. Milwin does not guarantee any specific outcome or return on any game session.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, Milwin reserves the right to void all affected bets and transactions, withhold any related balances pending investigation and report the matter to appropriate authorities where required.
You may close your Milwin account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any withdrawable balance will be returned to your nominated PKR payment method after standard verification checks are completed.
Milwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reason to believe that these Terms have been breached, that the account has been used for fraudulent purposes or that the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including deposits and winnings — may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Milwin will communicate the reasons for any account closure to the affected player to the extent that doing so does not compromise any ongoing investigation.
Milwin collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform, verify player identity, process transactions and provide customer support. Milwin provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free of errors, interruptions or downtime at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults or circumstances beyond our control may affect platform availability.
To the maximum extent permitted, Milwin's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the net deposits made by that player to their account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
